Performance-Focused Indoor Cycling Training

60 minute coach-led indoor sessions specifically designed to improve the outdoor performance of the competitive athlete.  These group sessions are currently offered every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 5:15 a.m.  by Susan Wood, an expert in the implementation of power-based training and an experienced triathlete.  Each ride is structured to get you faster in far less time than you would be able to do if training exclusively outdoors.  The indoor cycles at the studio are free wheel (ride like a real bike, not a spin bike) and are all equipped with highly accurate Power Tap power meters.  Sessions are zone-based, with each athlete’s zones determined by his or her Functional Threshold Power.

I offer an introductory package of 3 sessions for $20 for those who are considering joining the group. Please call Andrea at (480) 559-0945 for details.  Following the introductory period, athletes may chose to participate with the following options:

  • $13/session with a minimum 8 session commitment per month
  • $15/session with a minimum 4 session commitment per month
  • $20/session with no monthly commitment (drop-in rate)

Monthly training fees by cash or check only are payable the first day of every month.
